Medievalia is an annual journal published by the
Institut d’Estudis Medievals (IEM), of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Founded in 1980, its main purpose is to become a means of spreading research and ground-breaking ideas about the Middle Ages, from an interdisciplinary perspective. It also publishes the proceedings of symposia and round tables yearly organized by the IEM, a wide range of critical reviews of the most recent bibliography, as well as the studies and seminars by the research groups linked to the IEM.
