Introducció de la traducció automàtica estadística en la formació de traductors: dels usos i la percepció al disseny de l'assignatura i viceversa

Resum

Tot i que les tecnologies de la traducció actualment son una part essencial dels programes de formació de traductors, només uns quants d’ells incoporen continguts de traducció automàtica estadística (TAE). Aquest article presenta una proposta de disseny i avaluació d’una assignatura de TAE, que en el nostre cas s’introdueix en el segon curs del programa de Màster en Traducció Especialitzada Multilingüe des de 2016.

Caroline Rossi, Université Grenoble Alpes

Caroline Rossi is Lecturer in the Unité de Formation et de Recherche en Langues Etrangères (UFR LE) at Université Grenoble Alpes, where she lectures in translation studies (courses on specialised translation and machine translation for Master’s students, optional course on becoming a translator for BA students) and teaches English grammar and translation

Her current research interestst include corpus-based translation studies, translator training, corpus linguistics, first and second language acquisition.
