多维质量指标:用于说明和描述翻译质量指标的框架

摘要

近年来,翻译质量评估已经成为一个重要的话题,有时也是有争议的话题。行业内对质量的看法高度分散,部分原因是不同类型的翻译项目需要非常不同的评估方法。另外,用于评估人工翻译和机器翻译(TA)质量的方法在性质上存在根本的差异,没有可比性。对翻译质量概念的不明确导致翻译是否满足客户或目标受需求的不确定性,并使得译者对客户的需求产生疑问。为了解决该问题,由欧盟资助的QTLaunchPad项目开发了多维质量指标(MQM)框架,这是一个开放的且可扩展的系统,通过使用共享的“问题类型”词汇表来说明和描述翻译的质量指标。
