Eugenia Iglesias-Rama, Universidad Complutense de Madrid

Is currently doing her PhD in English Linguistics at the UCM and working as an ESL teacher in secondary education. Her research focuses on facework and the differences between CMC and FtF TV series’ fan interaction.
