Abstract
This issue of Langue(s) & Parole is a thematic issue on plurilingual education and analyses the steps taken or having to be taken for the most population to be plurilingual. In other words, how to introduce and generalize plurilingual education in primary and secondary levels. In accordance with the principles and goals adopted by Langue(s) & Parole since its creation, the subject is conceived in a triple perspective: factual, theoretical and social.
