Résumé

Este libro analiza la interacción del intercambio virtual, facilitado por la red, que tiene como  su objetivo promocionar el aprendizaje de las lenguas extranjeras.  Es un enfoque didáctico que cada vez más atrae la atención de los investigadores y educadores en el campo de la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras. El libro describe algunos de los enfoques teóricos, métodos y herramientas que se han aplicado de manera productiva para el estudio de este tipo de interacción.

Biographie de l'auteur-e

Marta Guarda, Università degli Studi di Padova

Marta Guarda is a PhD candidate in Applied Linguistics and English Studies at the University of Padova (Italy), and a lecturer in Applied Linguistics at the Scuola Superiore Universitaria per Mediatori Linguistici of Padova. Her research interests include: telecollaboration, intercultural communicative competence, foreign language teaching, learner corpora and pragmatics. For the purposes of her research, she has been working on several telecollaboration projects involving both Italian students and native speakers of English, and non-native speakers of different nationalities using English as a lingua franca. She is particularly interested in the role of online technologies in enhancing language learning and intercultural communicative competence.
