Abstract

The tomb of Cardinal Berenguer d'Anglesola is one of the most outstanding works of art within the characteristic International Gothic Style of Girona. So far it has been attributed to Pere Oller, according to stylistic criteria. The recent discovery of the contract of the tomb has not only confirmed the suggested autorship of this artwork, but it has also opened doors to the study of this monument.
