The Catalan version of Spinoza’s “Ethics”: The reasoning behind a translation
Abstract
The aim of this article is to spell out the thinking behind some options the author took when translating Spinoza’s Ethics into Catalan (Olesti, 2013), particularly those that might not be immediately obvious and thus controversial. Indirectly, these questions also permit identifying some relevant issues for the study of Spinoza. Keywords
