Abstract

In search of a new expressiveness with respect to the linguistic homologation of contemporaneity, Vincenzo Consolo's writing tackles the rhythmic modalities and the metaphorical density of poetry: a true textual structure-action that interferes with the language of memory and the memory of language, the sequentiality of narrative time and the verticality of poetry.
