Author Biography

Joan Ploettner, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona & Universitat Internacional de Catalunya

Joan Ploettner is a lecturer at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, where she teaches basic research concepts through Content and Language Integrated Learning in the undergraduate health sciences programs and the Master in Nursing Science Program . She has participated in the design and coordination of these programs, aimed at preparing health science professionals to understand and carry out research within their field.  She is currently enrolled in the Masters in research the teaching of language and literature at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.
