Ciberespai i governança digital a Taiwan
Resum
L'àmbit de la governança digital a Taiwan ha estat testimoni d'un creixement constant des de finals del segle XX, arribant fins als nostres dies amb fites com el de la gestió de la pandèmia de COVID-19 o el de la creació del Ministeri d'Afers Digitals. Per comprendre aquest creixement cal analitzar el ciberespai on s'enquadra aquesta governança digital. En aquest article farem un breu recorregut pel desenvolupament polític i tecnològic de Taiwan amb l'objectiu de contextualitzar-ne el ciberespai i la governança digital. Posteriorment prestarem atenció de manera detallada als dos camps, detallant les seves evolucions històriques i els agents que hi actuen. Finalment ens centrarem en un cas d'estudi que ens permetrà comprendre millor com funciona a la pràctica la confluència entre el ciberespai i la governança digital a Taiwan: el seu model de gestió de la ja esmentada pandèmia de COVID-19.
