Um estudo descritivo sobre a relação das propriedades estruturais das redes pessoais com o sentido psicológico de comunidade no bairro
Resumo
A interação social com os vizinhos é um fator chave no desenvolvimento do sentido psicológico de comunidade com o bairro de residência. Nesse sentido, foram analisadas atividades sociais e elementos do desenho urbano que oferecem oportunidades de interação. No entanto, a abordagem de análise de redes sociais dificilmente tem sido utilizada para determinar quais características estruturais estão associadas a uma maior identificação territorial. Neste estudo obtivemos as redes pessoais de 212 residentes de quatro bairros da cidade de Sevilha, no sul de Espanha. Com estes dados exploramos a relação entre as características estruturais das redes pessoais e o sentido psicológico de comunidade. A fragmentação das redes pessoais apresentou associação negativa com o sentimento de pertencimento. Os resultados indicam que passar tempo, desenvolver relacionamentos e ter amigos na vizinhança são antecedentes diretos de maior identificação com contextos residenciais.
