Interactive cartography highlights pre-existing heritage buildings
Abstract
Space speculation, pollution and an unsustainable lifestyle are problems of the contemporary city. A strategy to alleviate this context is through respect for other fragments of the past, such as historical rural components. Due to its uniqueness and cultural value. Given this situation, an interactive artistic cartography is carried out to visualize this problem in the city of Valencia. The deterioration of the architecture linked to the irrigation culture is shown, such as the state of the mills, farms and associated with the Rascanya irrigation canal, one of the eight historical irrigation canals.
