Conjunctive use of ἔπειτα and εἶτα in Oratory and Plato
Abstract
This paper presents an analysis and interpretation of the conjunctive use of adverbs ἔπειτα and εἶτα in classic Oratory and Plato. It analyzes the use of these adverbs when they link phrases and sentences. It also presents the meaning of εἶτα and ἔπειτα as discourse markers.Keywords
