Abstract

In this article we pose the use of novels as a context in science education describing its potentialities in a theoretical way. In addition, we make an analysis suggestion where it’s suggested to analyse the scientific content, the nature of science and the ethical aspects. This analysis is exemplified through the novel La Balada del Funicular Miner. Finally, we propose some activities and we offer some teacher resources.
