Métodos Mixtos para el Análisis de Redes Sociales
Resumen
Las decisiones metodológicas que se toman a lo largo de cualquier investigación influyen en los resultados y sus conclusiones. Esto implica también que el enfoque desde donde se construye es relevante a la hora de discutir ideas que puedan tener repercusiones tanto en las políticas públicas, como en innovaciones de índole privada. La proliferación del uso de métodos mixtos ha ido en auge con los últimos años, pero no siempre se comprende lo mismo por ello, haciendo necesaria su reflexión. En este artículo se propone una definición de lo que son los “métodos mixtos” (MM), y los “métodos mixtos para análisis de redes sociales” (MMARS). Ambas definiciones se hacen a partir de la revisión de bibliografía sobre la temática.
