Análise bibliométrica e sistemática das publicações sobre Decisão e Envolvimento com o Produto

Resumen

Com o intuito de avançar na compreensão sobre envolvimento com o produto no processo decisório, este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as publicações internacionais sobre envolvimento com o produto e decisão. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliométrica na base de dados Web of Science, com busca dos termos “Decis*” e “Product Involvement”, no período de 2013 a 2019, e, posteriormente, a análise sistemática dos estudos. Os resultados mostraram a evolução do número de publicações, especialmente, nos anos de 2017 e 2019 e a área de pesquisa predominante foi Gestão e Economia. Na etapa da análise sistemática, 9 clusters foram formados a partir do acoplamento bibliográfico dos 93 trabalhos selecionados. Verificou-se que diversos campos de estudos examinaram a relação entre os temas e que as publicações, na sua maioria, investigaram o efeito de diferentes variáveis na decisão de compra de produtos de baixo e alto envolvimento, assim como o efeito moderador do envolvimento em relações que compreendem a decisão como resultado.
